UCSB Gaucho On-Line Data is the web-based learning management system for the various UCSB courses and projects provided by the University, which allows instructors to create online sites for course materials and student activities.
Students of the University are able to access course sites from the current and one previous quarter (unless the instructor has made a current course unavailable to students, or an older course site available again).

UCSB BARC is nothing but the University’s units which deals with accounts. BARC is the unit that stands for the Billing Accounts Receivable Collections unit which deals with the accounts and collections department of the University. BARC is the UCSB campus centralized receivable system. UCSB gives a monthly statement for any amounts owed to the university, such as registration fees, campus housing charges, phone bills, library fines, and student health services, to name a few. This is purely a computer based system.

Step1: Go to http://gauchospace.ucsb.edu
Step 2: Log in using your UCSBnetID and password.
Step 3: Logging in will take you to your home page that lists all of your courses in the UCSB Course Overview block. Each course title is a link. Instructors and Teaching Assistants, Course titles that are in gray indicate that the course has not been made available to students.
Step 4: Click on any course title to access your course site.
